If the file won't open, print or is defective

If your printable PDF won't open in a standard PDF reader, won't print, or is defective (for example, the download is corrupt or pages are missing), contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. We may offer a fixed file first, but the choice is yours.

How to ask

Reply to your Stripe receipt email and tell us what happened. A screenshot of any error message helps. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

What isn't covered

Because the printable is an instant digital download, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once the file opens and prints as described. That includes buying the printable when you wanted the paperback. Problems caused by use that breaks the license terms are not covered either.
